Team Building at Two Levels

In addition to incorporating written descriptions and actions-to-be-taken in all three areas of team building, the application will also examine the relationship between the team’s Type Mode Profile and a comparative assessment of the other two areas influencing team performance–Expectations From the Environment for the Team and the Team’s Primary Goals. In each case, the fit between the team’s profile and the profile of the other will be compared and areas that need to receive more or less emphasis by the team will be indicated. The application will be designed so that the team can have anywhere from 1-6 team members contribute to the written portion of the application.
